Let’s Talk Science, a national charitable organization and a leading partner in Canadian education, today announced a $3.4 million contribution from Hibernia Management and Development Company Ltd. (“Hibernia”) to expand free learning programs to kindergarten through grade 12 youth and educators across Newfoundland and Labrador.
HMDC Contributes $840,000 to Manuels River Hibernia Interpretation Centre

The Hibernia Management and Development Company Ltd. said today that it is expanding its support for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education in Newfoundland and Labrador with an $840,000 contribution, invested over four years, to the Manuels River Hibernia Interpretation Centre.

The Hibernia platformproduced its first barrel of oil on Nov. 17, 1997, and has produced more than 1 billion barrelssince then, representing an amount higher than originally expected when the field startedproduction.
