Hibernia Management and Development Company Ltd. (HMDC) pled guilty to one charge (‘Failed to cease work causing pollution’) related to the 2019 spill and the other charges were withdrawn. HMDC deeply regrets this incident occurred. We have taken actions to address the lessons learned from the incident.
